Our offices are now open during COVID-19 but could we please ask you all to understand and familiarise with our logistics at these strange times:
Placing orders on-line: All orders are to be placed on line please and could we request that you fill in the ‘DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS’ box with details on where the Courier could leave your goods. They do not want to be in contact with yourself during these times, even if you are in, please state where your order can be left i.e. by the greenhouse / back door etc’ as they will not want to be in contact with you and will self sign the electronic hand held scanner. The courier will NOT call you prior with a delivery time slot, they simply do not have time to do so because of the increased number of on-line orders being made in the UK.
We ARE open but NOT open for the public calling in to pick & choose or simply to view products. Local people wishing to place an order and collect MUST order on-line PRIOR & then we will email or call you letting you know when we have your order for collection, and from what time. We have a CUSTOMER COLLECTION POINT by the yellow building. If you will be sending someone on your behalf to collect, then please ensure they call out your order reference and name before collecting.
We are now taking bookings for trailer servicing and repairs as well as horsebox repairs. If you wish to discuss or see a trailer or discuss a new build horsebox, then please call to make an appointment first. If you feel unwell, have a temperature, or cold at any point leading up to your visit then please cancel immediately, and to re-book when the time is appropriate.
