International Orders

Although we do not process international orders through our online shop, we do have many overseas customers. For any international enquiries we are more than happy to help.

Please contact us with the products you are interested in, the quantity required, contact details and full address and we will be happy to provide a quotation including shipping.

We ship our products all over the world to many happy customers who cant source these products domestically.  We regularly ship to customers in France, Spain, Greece as well as most of Europe and The UAE.

International Enquiries – What we need from you to start with:

  1. A trade licence and an importer code – to say you are registered with your country’s customs.
  2. We would require your Vat TRN (Tax registration) if you are Vat registered.
  3. If you are new to importing, look to use a local broker to act on your behalf to keep things smoothly, otherwise please advise if you have your own broker to hand (businesses usually do).
  4. Your Full company name, registered address as well as your nearest import port.

Once we know you have this in place and, furnish us with the information as well as your prospective shopping list.  We will then happily address your requirements and come back to you once we have the necessary quote in place.

We do not ship to the USA, although your may find some of our products with a Canadian importer/retailer.

See above for international order request, this also goes for EIRE and Europe. This also includes Northern Ireland and EIRE.  There may also be additional Levy charges on top of your orders cost to suit the export legislations.

Presently, for orders in to Northern Ireland, we are operating a ‘collection only service‘ at present due to the Windsor framework.  This means YOU are responsible for collecting / making arrangements to pick-up your order from our address in Northallerton – It is NOT free shipping.
